CommerceGate Adds Mac & Bumble, Twistys to Portfolio

LOS ANGELES — Internet payment service provider CommerceGate announced today that it has added Mac & Bumble and Twistys to its portfolio of sites.

The company said that since its strategic alliance with SegPay and DHD Media it has gained the ability to expand its U.S. IPSP options and services.

CommerceGate CEO Bjorn Skarlen said, “Webmasters will be seeing significantly higher conversion rates on consumer transactions through U.S. banks via CommerceGate’s U.S. merchant solutions. With that in mind, we are thrilled to add Twistys and Mac & Bumble to our growing portfolio of U.S. clients and we look forward to working closely with these two adult online giants and grow their business through both of our U.S.-based platforms.”

The company maintained that it can offer clients the advantage of having access to two unique U.S. IPSP solutions through a single point of contact.

“With recent changes in E.U. VAT legislation, as well as the news of the larger E.U. acquirers stepping away from high-risk merchant accounts, more webmasters are choosing to move their processing back to the U.S. and the traditional IPSP model, utilizing the flexible IPSP services that CommerceGate provides,” the company stated.

“Twistys will be taking full advantage of the security that CommerceGate is known for through their multiple IPSP solutions. We know that they can handle all our transactions without worry and that our customers’ information will be in good hands, ” Twistys owner Shap said.

Torrey Roberts, CEO of Mac & Bumble, agreed and said, “CommerceGate will allow us to diversify and reduce risk for our merchant account. They were quick and efficient in getting us up and running and that counts for quite a bit in times when every moment means another dollar.”
